Order a Merida bike online

Step 1: Select model and size
You have of course already done a lot of research into which bike you are going to buy. Find the right bike in our webshop and select the desired size. Don't know which size is the right one? We have clearly listed the process of determining the correct frame size, via our tool 'determine your frame size'. You can find this above the delivery time of a specific model.

Step 2: Order the bike
Click on 'order directly' to start the ordering procedure. You can continue immediately and pay for the bike, but of course you can also order other accessories. Payment is possible via iDeal or PayPal. It is not possible to pay at the dealer for a bike ordered online.

Step 3: Enter data
Finished shopping? Check the contents of your shopping cart and fill in the requested data. Merida will of course handle your data with care and we will never pass it on to third parties (unsolicited).

Step 4: Choose your dealer for delivery
We only deliver our bikes via our dealers. We do this to ensure that the bike is perfectly ready to ride and is adjusted correctly for you. The nearest Merida dealers are shown based on your postcode and city. Select the desired dealer where you want to pick up the bike.

Step 5: Payment
As soon as we have received the payment, we will process the order. Pay for the order via iDeal or Paypal. You will receive an email from us confirming the order and payment.

Step 6: Confirmation
In addition to the confirmation of the order and payment that you receive as a customer, the selected dealer will also receive a confirmation of the order before delivery.

Step 7: Pick up the bike
We use fixed delivery days for our dealers. We cannot therefore specify an exact delivery time in advance. The dealer will then make your bike ready to ride within 2 working days after delivery. As soon as the bike is ready for you, you will receive a message from the Merida dealer!

The delivery times of our Merida bikes vary per model and frame size, the most current delivery time is therefore shown specifically per model and frame size. If a bike is temporarily out of stock, the webshop will indicate when the bike will be available again. Still want to ride as soon as possible? Use the 'view store stock' tool! Here you can see which Merida dealers have recently delivered this type of bike in this frame size, or will soon be delivered. You can now contact the dealer directly to ask about the availability of the bike.
