Paying for your bike

Payment in advance
The order of a bike must be paid in advance. We do this because we deliver the bikes exclusively through our extensive dealer network. This way, the bike is always perfectly ready to ride and adjusted to the new owner. If for whatever reason the bike is not picked up from the dealer, it is not necessary to take it back and the dealer is not stuck with an extra bike.

Paying at the dealer
If the dealer of your choice has the bike in stock and wants to sell it, it is no problem to pay at the dealer himself. If the dealer does not have the bike in stock, payment can only be made in advance so that the dealer knows for sure that the bike will be picked up.

Shipping
Despite the fact that sending bikes is a laborious and expensive job, we do not charge extra costs for this.

Online payment via iDeal and PayPal
In the Merida webshop it is possible to pay via your own bank with iDeal or via PayPal. To pay with PayPal, you must have a PayPal account. Is this not the case yet? Then simply create an account with PayPal. The PayPal account can be linked to your bank account or credit card.

Secure payment
Of course, we handle personal data with the utmost care. We store your data on secure servers and use connections secured with an SSL certificate.

Confirmation of your order
Once the order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation. With this order confirmation, you can collect the ordered bicycle from the selected dealer when the bicycle is ready. When you collect the bicycle from the dealer, you will receive an invoice for the order. Keep the invoice safe for any warranty or for your insurance. Don't forget to register your bicycle online.
