Delivery of bicycles

As soon as we have processed your bike order, we will send it to the selected Merida dealer as soon as possible. Because we work with fixed delivery days for our dealers, we cannot indicate the delivery time in advance. Of course, we will deliver the bicycle as soon as possible. For delivery to Denmark this may take up to 5 working days.

As soon as the bicycle has been received by the dealer, he/she will make it ready to ride. When this is done, you will receive a message from the dealer that you can pick up the bicycle. Please take into account a delivery time (including preparing of the bike by the dealer) of about one to one and a half week, when delivery time online states that te bike is in stock.

Do you have any questions about the delivery time of the ordered bicycle? Please contact us. Clearly state your name and order details in your message so that we can answer the question more quickly.

Delivery of orders other than bikes

Orders for all products, parts and accessories - with the exception of bicycles - are delivered directly from our own stock. Orders placed before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day and usually delivered the next working day in The Netherlands / Belgium, for Denmark this will take approximately two to three working days.
