Returning purchased products, other than bicycles

Under the Distance Selling Act, you have the right to a 14-day reflection period after delivery of the product after making purchases from Merida. Within this period, a product purchased online may be returned without giving a reason, provided it is unused and in the original packaging.

30-day money-back guarantee

If a product purchased online becomes defective within 30 days and you do not wish to receive a new product, you can also choose to exchange this product for any other product or for a refund. You can easily send us an email with your customer and order number in the subject line. Indicate in your message which product(s) it concerns and whether you wish to exchange or credit this/these.

Returning bicycles

We are certain that you will be satisfied with your new Merida bicycle. If, when collecting your bicycle purchased online from the selected Merida dealer, it turns out that the bicycle is not to your liking or that the size is not correct, the bicycle can be returned within 14 days, provided that it is in its original condition and unused. This only applies to bicycles ordered online.

After the bicycle has been received by Merida, the amount paid will be refunded so that you can place a new order. Due to the fact that another bicycle is or is not in stock, we do not exchange bicycles. To be sure that you choose the right frame size, you can of course always visit the Merida dealer, who will be happy to help you!

The return period of 14 days starts when you collect the bicycle from the Merida dealer. Returns are only possible if the bicycle is in its original condition and unused. To return the bicycle, fill in the return form at the dealer. Returning a bicycle costs €30 and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
