Are you not satisfied with the delivered bike? Please inform the Merida dealer where you picked up the bike. The dealer will provide the same service and warranty on a Merida bike ordered online as on a bike purchased in the store. The bike mechanic can also advise you on finding a more comfortable sitting position.
Of course, you can also report your complaint to us online. We will process the complaint as soon as possible. It may happen that we have to forward the question to a supplier of, for example, the front fork such as Fox or RockShox. In that case, the answer may take a little longer.
The dealer is of course always available for all other questions as well.
